Energetic Debt of Denial (EDD) defines repression as cost: the bioenergetic, psychological, and relational debt created when awareness must be suppressed. This paper explains how denial drains the nervous system, narrows perception, transfers into relationships, and fractures when the system can no longer sustain the architecture.
